The Thrilling Life Of Actress Turkan Victoria



Turkan Victoria is a young British actress from London, England. She began her career as a child when she joined most of the local theatre clubs taking part in the amateur dramatics clubs near her home and was always in many of her school productions; she absolutely loved the stage from an early age.
She also started modelling at age 4 and continues to do so part time but with her main focus on her acting career. She has modeled for Aston Martin, People Tree and Bang and Olufsen.
She trained at the Bristol Old Vic Drama school and gained a lot of experience being part of theatre clubs, and even gained a gold award at LAMDA.

She secured her first paid television role in ‘City’ for RAI Television in Italy which was based on the book by award winning writer Alessandro Barrico when she was 18.  She was later featured in the John Lewis Magazine who named her ‘The New Face Of British Film’ under the heading ‘Extraordinary People’

She later went on to book ‘Veta Nova’ directed by Oscar Nominated David Cinzi in London. In 2012 Turkan Victoria landed a role in a commercial for the ‘Nescafe Frappo’ campaign in Greece.

She enrolled at ‘The Bristol Old Vic Drama school’ When she was 19 which fashioned her with the skills to hone her acting prowess. She was cast as the lead role of Lilly Parsons in ‘No Roads Lead To Cannes’ a British comedy written and directed by Ethan J Greene while attending drama school.

Turkan was in huge demand after graduating from ‘BOVDS’ and Landed a major speaking role in the new blockbuster ‘Famine’ where she impressed the the Director and Producer Omer Sarikaya to such an extent as to secure another major role in his next feature ‘Mesopotamia.’

Turkan earned her highest achievement when she won the gold award at a talent convention in Florida where she was discovered by the CEO of a major hollywood agency. Turkan later signed with a boutique bi-coastal agency in Los Angeles and New York. And is in the process of facilitating her move to the US. In 2014 Turkan booked the lead role in the major Sci-Fi movie ‘GODTech’ Which is set for world wide release in 2015.
She says growing up she adored Dame Maggie Smith, Cate Blanchett, Emma Watson, Juno Temple, Robert Downey Jr as well as the stunning Jodie Foster and her favorite role so far, has been playing Shatzy from City which was a TV series filmed in Italy. Turkan is fast becoming a recognised name within the film industry and has much more in the pipeline.

She plans to be a working actress in America both on broadway and the big screen and she says she can't wait to get started. Her advice to aspiring performers is “It's a tough industry and the key is perseverance and belief in yourself. Just do not give up!”
